The range of surveys we offer include:
Private Report
A concise report which gives a valuation based on the overall condition of the property, and highlighting major defects which affect the property value.
RICS Homebuyers
Report A more detailed assessment of the property, set out in a prescribed format, as dictated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and designed to be easy to read, avoiding too much technical jargon. It concentrates on urgent and significant defects as well as works of maintenance and serious health and safety issues. In addition to carrying out standard surveys and valuations, we also provide valuations for taxation purposes (Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax), or for probate, matrimonial disputes, residential rental valuations and the purchase and disposal of properties. We are happy to advise on the type of survey or valuation which is most suitable to you, or your clients, needs.
